LEX EAT TOGETHER SANDWICH BRIGADE FOR MIDDLESEX COMMUNITY COLLEGE
Beginning December 2022, we were pleased to begin a partnership with Middlesex Community College by providing food-insecure students peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for lunch at their Lowell and Bedford campuses. We are grateful to be part of Middlesex Community College's strong support system for its students and their families - in this case, reducing hunger among a diverse set of students striving to achieve a range of educational goals. Thank you to our volunteers!

COMMUNITY DAY CENTER OF WALTHAM AND THE LET LUNCH BRIGADE

While we were forced to suspend our weekly in-person dinners throughout Covid, we continued our mission to provide meals to those who need it most. Thanks to our long-time volunteer, Jacki, we have provided more than 5, 000 lunches to the Community Day Center of Waltham. Their organization provides day shelter and support services to adults who are experiencing homelessness. Thank you Jacki for spearheading this effort for Lex Eat Together. |
