Dear Lex Eat Together volunteers and friends,
The coronavirus epidemic has disrupted life for all of us, and this is especially true for those who have lost jobs and those for whom feeding themselves and their families was already challenging. While we have had to suspend our weekly dinners during the pandemic, we haven’t forgotten those among us who are struggling…and we know that number is growing every day.
How can we help, financially or otherwise, those who need it? The Lexington Inter-Faith Food Pantry provides groceries every week to those in need. As you can imagine, the number of clients they are serving is expanding in response to the hardship many are facing. They need the help and support of Lex Eat Together and others in our community to meet the increased need.
How can you help:
Your help and support in this difficult time is greatly appreciated!
